How to make a return ?

Any return of product must be the subject of a written request by email addressed to: moowstick@gmail.com. You must mention your name, first name, order number or invoice, as well as a telephone number indicating the reason for the return. No return will be accepted without this prior request. No product can be exchanged before having been received by MOOWSTICK in good condition as delivered. MOOWSTICK will only be able to take back products returned in their entirety (accessories, warranty coupon, drivers, manual, protective cover, etc.) with their original packaging and for the consumable, in their original dimensions. The refund or exchange assumes that you have not damaged the product and that the above conditions are met.
